Operators. Not consultants.
Every internal role at OnTrial is held by a veteran of the U.S. military or law enforcement — by mandate. We don't rent expertise. We hire people who've been in the room when it mattered.
Built by people who've been in the room.
Discretion is the first principle of how we operate. Names aren't the asset; the standard is.
Leadership at OnTrial comes from U.S. federal law enforcement, military service, executive protection, and enterprise security leadership — decades of combined experience in environments where standards weren't optional and outcomes were measured against high stakes.
The work the platform now performs is the work the people who built it have done — in agency, in uniform, and in the field. Backgrounds, asset searches, surveillance, deep diligence, global reach: every product comes from someone on this team who has personally done that work at the highest level.
Detailed credentials — leadership, analysts, and operators — are available on request, under NDA.
Veterans and LEO, by mandate.
Legal and financial clients trust us with matters that can't afford error. We believe the people responsible for those matters should come from institutions that trained them for that responsibility.
Every internal role at OnTrial is held by a veteran — active or former service in U.S. military, federal law enforcement, or state / municipal law enforcement.
Each employee holds or has held a government security clearance and agrees to ongoing security screening throughout their time with the firm. The average operator on our team has fifteen years of agency or field experience before walking through the door.
The bar stays high because the work demands it.
Our operators stay anonymous.
Leadership is public. Operators are not. Operational discretion is the first principle of our work, and we apply it to the people behind every case — their credentials stay on the record, their names don't.

What we require.
Veteran & LEO, by mandate
Every internal role requires current or former service in the U.S. military, federal law enforcement, or state / municipal law enforcement. No exceptions.
Clearance-ready
Each employee holds or has held a U.S. government security clearance and agrees to ongoing security screening throughout employment.
Operational experience
Minimum eight years of field or agency experience before joining. Our average operator has fifteen.
Conduct above reproach
Every hire passes an internal background verification, reference review, and conflict-check before touching a single case file.
Former service. Next chapter.
If you're a veteran of the U.S. military or law enforcement — and looking for a next chapter that keeps the standards and drops the bureaucracy — we'd like to talk.
